　　1.Rotary Screen Printing and Flat Screen Printing

　　Rotary screen printing is a printing method in which the color paste in the rotary screen is printed onto the fabric under the pressure using a scraper or a magnetic rod.

　　The main advantage of rotary screen printing is its high speed;the disadvantage is that it can only be within the circumference of the screen.

　　Flat screen printing output is low,but its plate making is convenient,the length of the flower back is large,and the color is more,the fine pattern can be printed,the color is not transmitted,the printing amount is large,and the three-dimensional feeling is attached.

　　2,paint printing

　　Since the coating material is a water-insoluble coloring material,it has no affinity for fibers,and its coloration must be achieved by the coating of a film-forming high molecular compound(adhesive)and the adhesion to fibers.

　　Coating material printing can be used for the processing of any fiber textiles.It has advantages in blending and fabric printing.It has a simple process,a wide spectrum of color,and a clear outline of the flower shape,but it has poor hand feeling and low friction fastness.

　　3,burnt flowers

　　Burnt print refers to the printing of chemical substances that can damage the fibrous tissue at the pattern.Therefore,holes may be formed at the contact between the chemical and the fabric.The edges of the holes in the burn-out calico are always subject to premature wear and therefore the fabric is poor in durability.

　　4,discharge

　　The dyestuff is selected to be dyed with a dye that is not resistant to the discharge agent,dried,and then printed with a color dye containing a discharge agent or an anti-dyeing agent.After the post-treatment,the color dye at the printing site is destroyed and discolored.Forming a white pattern on the ground(called pull-out printing)or a colored pattern(called pull-out printing)due to the dyeing of the pattern dye.Also known as pulling white or color pull.

　　The production costs of the printed fabrics are very high,and the reductant required for use must also be carefully and accurately controlled.

　　5,transfer printing

　　Transfer printing is mostly used for polyester fabrics.It is through the high temperature(200°C or so)so that the dye sublimation of the dye into the gas phase condensed polyester surface,and then infiltrated into the amorphous fiber in the amorphous area,after cooling the fixed in the fiber inside the printing method.

　　The transfer printing method can accurately reproduce the pattern and facilitate the mechanized production,and the process is simple.In particular,the post-printing treatment process is simpler than the traditional printing and dyeing,and the printing touch is the same as the printing and dyeing.

　　6,batik,tie dye

　　Batik is China's ancient minority traditional folk textile printing and dyeing arts and crafts.Batik is a wax knife to melt the wax and paint it on the cloth,and then it is dyed with a blue dragonfly.It dyes the wax,and the cloth surface shows a variety of patterns of white blue flowers or white blue flowers.At the same time,it is used as a dye in the dyeing process.The natural cracking of the wax makes the cloth appear special"ice pattern",which is particularly attractive.

　　Tie-dyeing refers to the process of printing and dyeing into a pattern using a tie-in(or sewing)dyeing technique on a fabric.Since the dye is not penetrated at the fastening,various patterns are formed after the thread is removed.The printed and dyed handicrafts,which are usually also referred to as printing and dyeing,have been known in ancient times as barbells,twists,folders,and stains.
